The incident occurred on July 4 at West 54th Street and Velma Avenue, injuring a 4-year-old girl who was found bleeding with a head injury. Witnesses reported Pettry’s vehicle was speeding and struck an SUV before hitting the house. Police found him injured and smelling of alcohol, with items including Adderall found in his car. He has been released on bond pending further legal proceedings.
