HURON, Ohio-Parker Towns, a fifth-grade student at Huron Schools, performed the national anthem at the Ohio School Resource Officers Conference held at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky. He was chosen by Huron police Officer Keith Lobsinger, who serves as the district’s school resource officer.
