RUSSELL, Ohio-In Riverview Cemetery, police responded to a call about youths behaving suspiciously on April 6. One youth was seen wearing a traffic cone taken from the cemetery, running around with it, and even lying in the road. Officers found them in Briar Hill Cemetery, informed them of the complaint, and called a parent before sending them home.
