The Cleveland Metropolitan School District is facing new obstacles as it tries to fill a budget deficit, the threat of cuts to both state and federal funding. Shari Obrenski is the President of the Cleveland Teachers Union and said those cuts would lead to the loss of resources for low-income and special education students.
