A 23-count indictment was filed against a central Ohio pastor who is accused of sexually abusing a teenager. The indictment filed in the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas states that 39-year-old Dominic Foor faces the following charges:
- 11 counts of sexual battery
- Six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor
- Six counts of importuning
