CINCINNATI, Ohio-Michael Don Jackson has been charged after allegedly fleeing a traffic stop at high speed with his 11-month-old child in the back seat.
Court documents indicate that Jackson ignored a visual signal to stop from a marked Mt. Healthy patrol car, drove through a red light, and crashed into a phone pole. Following the crash, Jackson placed the child into a stranger’s vehicle and attempted to flee the scene in his damaged car. He now faces charges of endangering children.
