The initiative, organized by the 2024 Allen Lima Leadership class, aims to equip participants—many of whom work with kids—with strategies to help children manage their feelings. CEO Lisa Finck emphasizes the importance of normalizing these feelings and using engaging activities, like games, to ground children and teach them calming techniques. ENGAGE focuses on helping individuals continue their activities despite experiencing anxiety or panic.
