FAIRFIELD, Ohio-The Fairfield Community Foundation has allocated $60,000 to continue a crucial mental health program for Fairfield City Schools, which includes Fairfield High School, Fairfield Academy, and Creekside Middle School. This funding will retain four school-based support workers for the next two years. The program, previously funded by pandemic-related ESSER funds and other grants, addresses daily mental health needs of students, offering support that bypasses insurance barriers and provides direct assistance. This initiative reflects the district’s commitment to student well-being.
