A Fremont man who was accused of possessing child porn pleaded not guilty on Friday.
According to court records, Dustyn Michener pleaded not guilty during his court appearance on Feb. 14.
Fremont Police started investigating this case five months ago and it’s not the first time Michener has been charged with a sex crime.
“Let’s get some shoes on you got anything on ya,” said a Fremont Police officer.
