DELAWARE, Ohio-Lt. Col. Steven Vicario, a member of the Ohio National Guard, pleaded not guilty to three counts of rape in Delaware County. Vicario, 40, appeared in court for the first time, and his bond was set at $500,000.
The charges stem from allegations that he raped a child in their Delaware home in October and November, as reported by an adult who witnessed the act. Prosecutors claimed Vicario attempted to influence witnesses and requested a no-contact order, which the judge granted as a condition for his bond.
