LIMA, Ohio-The Bradfield Community Center and Trinity United Methodist Church have partnered to offer a six-week Freedom School program during the summer break. This program focuses on STEM activities, promoting healthy lifestyles, and includes field trips.
Local experts teach life skills such as personal finance, and there is a strong emphasis on fostering a love for reading among the children. The program aims to instill a passion for reading, believing it enhances overall academic performance. Additionally, a similar after-school program will be available at Bradfield Community Center in the fall.
