COLUMBUS, Ohio-Thomas Butts, 39, is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday facing public indecency charges following an incident at Watkins Elementary School on August 24. Court documents allege that Butts approached several individuals, threatened to expose himself, and then removed his pants, displaying his genitals and buttocks to the victims.
