COLUMBUS, Ohio-Andre Sallee is charged with aggravated burglary for breaking into a woman’s south Columbus apartment, attempting theft, and injuring her and her 2-year-old child on Tuesday evening. Court documents reveal that Sallee kicked in the door and demanded the woman’s cellphone.
When she refused, he tried to steal her TVs. Upon threatening to call the police, Sallee returned and punched the woman multiple times while she held her child. The child sustained serious injuries, including a skull fracture and brain bleed, and was taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Sallee is held on a $1 million bond and is set to appear in court on May 3.
