A former police officer has been indicted on 25 counts, with the latest action by the Ottawa County Grand Jury adding charges of sexual imposition and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material.
According to a fourth round of indictment on Feb. 26, Austin Sabo is now facing one count of sexual imposition, a third-degree misdemeanor, and three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. The new charges are in addition to a slew of other felony and misdemeanor charges.
