ASHLAND, Ohio-Angelina Williams, facing charges of endangering children, appeared in Ashland County court after allegedly handcuffing a 6-year-old boy who had not cleaned up after a dog. The boy was also attacked by a pit bull while restrained. Williams, along with co-defendants Taylor Desiree Marvin-Brown and Robert Michalski, reportedly used handcuffs and attempted to tie the child to a chair. Williams claimed ignorance of the illegality of the handcuffs and stated that her uncle had advised her it was acceptable. The child sustained bites on his neck and ear and was hospitalized. Williams’ bond was set at $300,000, with Marvin-Brown and Michalski’s bonds set at $250,000 and $150,000, respectively. The defendants remain in jail, and all are scheduled to return to court.
