Two 16-year-old boys could be tried as adults for reportedly stealing an SUV and leading police on a chase that reached 100 mph in Dayton last month. Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. announced Tuesday his office filed a motion to transfer the boys to adult court.
