SEAMAN, Ohio-Rufus Brummett, a Seaman man, was indicted on three counts of rape involving a victim who was 9, 10, and 11 years old during different time frames. Kameron Robinson from Lynchburg faces charges of felonious assault and discharge of a firearm on prohibited premises.
Logan Smith from Washington C.H. was indicted for breaking and entering a business building with intent to commit theft and grand theft of a motor vehicle involving a Harley Davidson motorcycle and other items.
