The proposed Seven Hills rehabilitation hospital on Rockside Road last week took a major step forward. That’s because the Parma City Schools Board of Education approved conditions of tax increment financing (TIF) with property owners Seven Hills LSB LLC. “I’m pretty sure it’s going to be positive,” Parma City Schools Board of Education President Steve Vaughn said.
