CINCINNATI, Ohio-A child wandering in Cincinnati’s West End was found by a resident near the intersection of Findlay and Baymiller on Tuesday afternoon. The child, who was not wearing shoes or socks and was dressed in a blue sweatshirt, beige shirt, and green sweatpants, was brought to the attention of the police. By 3:30 p.m., the police confirmed that the child had been safely reunited with his guardian.
