LOVELAND, Ohio-Timothy Longar, a resident of Symmes Township, was arrested after allegedly threatening St. Columban School in Loveland, resulting in the cancellation of classes. This is the second time within a year that Longar has been accused of threatening the school.
He reportedly used social media to make threats, including reposting a video related to the Sandy Hook shooting survivor and posting a stick of dynamite emoji. Longar has a history of using social media to express grievances against the school. Previously convicted of aggravated menacing and violating a protection order, he now faces charges including violating a protection order, inducing panic, and aggravated menacing. He is currently held in the Clermont County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
