The Butler County Sheriff’s Office says that a Mexican national was arrested for voyeurism and trespassing after looking through the window of a 13-year-old Middletown girl earlier this month. Police say that Jose Juarez Vilches, 38, was arrested on June 24 as a result of the incident, which is alleged to have taken place two weeks prior on June 11.
