LAKEWOOD, Ohio -Three teenagers were apprehended after leading police on a chase in a stolen KIA that ended with a “pit maneuver” in Westlake. The pursuit began around 1:00 a.m. and spanned Rocky River and Westlake, concluding at Center Ridge and Columbia Roads by 1:15 a.m. Body and dashcam footage captured the vehicle driving recklessly before police intervened. Following the maneuver, five individuals fled the car, prompting a search involving K9 units and drones. By 4:00 a.m., law enforcement had detained three suspects, and a firearm was recovered from the stolen vehicle.
