Two teenagers were found dead in Monroe County on Tuesday, authorities said. A boy and a girl who “appeared to be” teenagers were found outside of a vehicle with gunshot wounds on Heiss Road near Steffas Road in Raisinville Township just before 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
