Two children in Struthers have been taken to the hospital after police say they fell out of a window Monday morning. According to a police report, the Struthers Police and Fire Departments were called to a home on Charles Street and found a woman tending to her four-year-old son who had fallen out of a window. The woman told police her five-year-old son had also fallen out of the same window. Police say the four-year-old was crying and bleeding from the mouth.
