A child recently died from drowning in a pool in an incident that unfolded in a matter of moments, police reports say. 9-year-old Ava McCourt drowned in a pool at the Clinton Mobile Home Estates on N. State Route 101 in Tiffin on June 28, family members told 13 Action News.
