LOGAN, Ohio- Logan County Common Pleas Judge Kevin P. Braig ordered Michael McCleery to serve a total of eighteen months in prison for sexually molesting his young daughter over a period of five years.
It only took a jury approximately 30 minutes to find Michael McCleery guilty of two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, both felonies of the third degree, on March 12, 2024, after a two-day trial. The total sentencing range for these offenses is twelve months to ten years in prison.
