CANTON Ohio-In Stark County, Ohio, Eric Rush, 26, and Tyasia Singleton, 30, have been indicted for the murder of their 11-month-old son, who starved to death after being deprived of proper nutrition. The indictment includes charges of murder and child endangerment for both parents, with Rush also facing an additional charge for having weapons while under disability. The baby was found unresponsive on June 25 and later died at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. Both Rush and Singleton are accused of intentionally neglecting the child’s needs from February to June. A second child in the home has been placed into protective custody. Arraignment is scheduled for August 23.
