We now have more details about a crash that delayed fireworks at Rogers Flea Market & Auctions in Columbiana County on the Fourth of July. The flea market posted on its Facebook page that fireworks were delayed due to a crash in the area. A dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol tells 21 News that the crash involved two ATVs traveling in opposite directions striking each other head-on.
