A Columbus man who spent about 26 years in prison for a 1992 child rape conviction in Franklin County has now been charged with possessing child sex abuse material, Columbus police said in a news release. Timothy V. Miller, 64, faces one count of pandering obscenities of a minor. He may face additional charges in connection with the case, police said.
