A Toledo man was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with multiple sex crimes involving a minor.
According to court records, Jason Sweet, 44, was arrested and charged with four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person and two counts of illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.
According to the documents, in July 2024, Sweet allegedly photographed a nude child. He also filmed or photographed a minor engaging in sexual activity according to the documents.
