A 28-year-old Clinton man will serve more than 12 years in prison after pleading guilty in March to possessing and distributing child pornography. Michael James was sentenced on July 21 by Northern Ohio District Judge Bridget Brennan and is ordered to pay $7,500 in restitution, according to court records. Court documents show James was engaging in sexually explicit and violent communications over the Whisper social media app with an undercover agent pretending to be a pregnant 11-year-old girl.
