The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a 7-year-old girl reported missing. Gabriela Gimon Palma was last seen on July 11 around 4:30 p.m. in the care of her grandmother, Rosibel Telles, according to the sheriff’s office.
