A Columbus nonprofit is at a loss, facing a lack of funding, and the children are losing out. About 150 children who live in west Columbus laced up their cleats for one final game with the Hilltop Tigers Soccer Club. Zerqa Abid, My Project USA’s founder, said the organization did not receive funding from the city or the state this year, and the soccer club is being shut down as a result.
