One man faces a 20-count indictment for trading videos and images of child pornography and for having sex with a dog in Licking County. Another man faces misdemeanor charges for allowing the man to abuse his dog. That’s according to county officials and court documents.
Sheriff’s investigators say it all started in June with a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force, pointing them to someone trading videos of children being abused. That led them to the home of Trent Willard, 40, in a rural part of the county.
