A woman has been charged after three children were hit by a vehicle in Walnut Hills, causing injuries, according to Cincinnati Fire Department Assistant Chief Matt Flagler. Jada Luckey, 24, of Avondale faces four counts of felonious assault after hitting a total of four victims following a fight that broke out about 2:45 p.m. on Victory Parkway, court documents show. The fight broke out near the intersection of William Taft Road between Luckey and three other girls before she got into a car and drove off, hitting the children.
