Police are releasing more information about the deaths of a teenager and a man in Bedford Township. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the death of 17-year-old Gwen Fay Smith was ruled a homicide and the death of 33-year-old Ryne Jacob Leist was ruled a suicide. Both died from gunshot wounds, investigators said.
