A child was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car Wednesday afternoon. Boardman police responded to the intersection of Glenridge Road and Ridgefield Avenue after a 7-year-old child was hit by a car. Initial scanner traffic reported it as a car vs. bicycle crash, but a crash report revealed the child’s vehicle to be an electric scooter.
