A 16-year-old boy has been declared missing after disappearing in the river behind the Elyria Police Department station while drinking with a 24-year-old friend, EPD confirmed. That adult friend who reported the incident is now facing charges as police and firefighters continue their search for the possible drowning victim, EPD Public Information Officer, Capt. Bill Lantz, stated.
