A Dayton man has pleaded guilty to murder in the death of a toddler in December 2022, as well as to charges connected to child sexual abuse material found during the murder investigation. Nathaniel Levi Schmidt, 26 pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court to one count of murder, according to an agreement filed Monday.
