Police arrested four juveniles early Tuesday morning after the stolen car they were driving crashed into a Garfield Heights home. Police said around 320 A.M., officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle out of Euclid on Broadway Avenue. The driver refused to stop and fled from officers, leading them on an 18-minute pursuit that traveled through multiple cities before returning to Garfield Heights.
