A Girard man who pled guilty in June to choking a 12-year-old boy has learned his fate. According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office, 39-year-old Marquis Lee was handed an indefinite prison term of five to seven-and-a-half years on a second-degree felony charge of endangering children and a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
