April 16th, 2024-COLUMBUS, Ohio-Jayme Bowen, a young mother of two, disappeared on April 10, 2014, during a short walk between her sister’s home and her parent’s home near the Southern Orchards neighborhood in south Columbus. Despite more than ten years passing, there have been no signs of her.
Her mother, Nancy Bowen, expressed ongoing anguish and suspicion, always wondering what others might know. Family and friends gathered for a vigil and balloon release at Schiller Park to raise awareness about her disappearance. Described as bubbly and friendly, Jayme’s last known location was on a side street between Stewart and Deshler avenues, wearing baggy red sweatpants and a large gray hoodie.
