A special grand jury has decided the Akron police officer who killed a 15-year-old boy on Thanksgiving last year should not face criminal charges. Jazmir Tucker was shot and killed by Akron Police Officer Davon Fields in November while Fields was responding to a call for shots fired near a school. A gun was found in Tucker’s pocket, which was zipped closed.
