An Ohio lawmaker is moving forward with plans to block Governor Mike DeWine’s emergency order banning intoxicating hemp products that have been marketed to children. Representative Tex Fisher, a Mahoning County Republican, has drawn fire for his resolution to end DeWine’s 90-day ban after just 30 days – a move that Today in Ohio podcast host Chris Quinn characterized as being “in the pocket of the industry” during the show’s latest episode.
