Students were evacuated Thursday at Fairport Harding High School for a cafeteria fire. The fire department says they were called out just before 9 a.m. for a fire behind an electric oven. Students were outside by the time firefighters arrived, and the fire was contained. The department credited staff for their quick-thinking of using a fire extinguisher.
