CINCINNATI, Ohio-An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal shooting in University Heights that occurred in January. The incident took place on January 1st when officers responded to reports of shots fired and found 17-year-old Edwin Arrington with a gunshot wound outside a house. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Latrelle Rogers, aged 19, was arrested on Wednesday by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, in connection with the shooting.
