CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) is expressing gratitude after passing a $52 million school and levy bond. CEO Dr. Warren Morgan emphasized that the district is financially stable, with positive forecasts for the next few years, saying they expect to remain “in the black.” However, Morgan acknowledged ongoing work to refine the district’s operating model.
