A 22-year-old Mentor man who is also a convicted sex offender was charged with multiple sex crimes against children. According to court records, David Matthew Anderson-Shockey II is charged with felonies including gross sexual imposition, material harmful to juveniles and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
