SANDUSKY, Ohio-A driver fled the scene after hitting a child who was crossing Madison Street near Pearl Street on Wednesday evening around 6:50 p.m. The child’s condition is currently unknown. By Thursday morning, Sandusky police announced that they had identified the driver involved in the incident.
