A 10-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy charged with attempted murder and rape of an autistic girl in Cleveland are set to appear before a judge on Thursday. Cuyahoga County prosecutors announced the charges last week in connection with a Sept. 13 attack in a field behind the Collinwood Athletic Complex near East 148th Street.
